Country Fare Set for Saturday, August 24th!

If you are looking for practical items such as back-to-school clothes for your children, work or church clothes for yourself, household furnishings, or books, then the Country Fare Flea Market at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church Hayesville is the place to find good quality and great deals. The sale will take place from 8am to 3pm ONE DAY ONLY on Saturday, August 24th in the Parish Hall at Good Shepherd, 495 Herbert Hills Drive, just off Hwy. 64E one mile east of Walgreen's Drugs.

This year's market offers furniture, front loading washer, small appliances, linens, and decorative items such as pottery, baskets, and framed art. There is an excellent selection of clothing in good repair, including plus sizes. Unusual choices include a picnic basket with service for wine or coffee, a heavy gauge stainless sink, and a reproduction tapestry from the middle ages.

Since browsing through all the merchandise in the Parish Hall can work up an appetite, good food will be available: BBQ, hotdogs (free for the kids), and a variety of baked goods. Not only does Country Fare offer a wonderful shopping experience, but it benefits our community. Every penny of the proceeds is donated to area charitable organizations.
